Hi folks, we want to replace our 3650s with 3850s and 3650s, can I transfer the IPbase Lic of the 3560s to the newer switches?

Re-purpose Gen 1 Cisco Prime Appliance

We have an old GEN 1 appliance with 3.1 and since we moved 3.7 and Hyper V. We were wondering if the appliance can repurposed to run Windows Server or VMware or HyperV.
