Has anyone had troubles with H.323 Video conferencing streams timing out through their Pix firewalls? We have tried different Polycom and Tandberg systems and each time we see reset packets sent from the Pix every 15 min or so.
These are with Tandberg 2500s and Polycom FX room base systems. We have tried adjusting the timers to 1 hour and turning off the fixup protocol, with no luck.
Scott,The Pix version is:Cisco PIX Firewall Version 6.3(4)If I put the H.323 system outside the firewall, there is not a disconnect issue. Only when it traverses the firewall, will a TCP Inactive Connection Reset packets be seen.
