Error setting up lab - IOS XE on Catalyst 9000

I tried reserving this lab this morning and again this evening.  In both cases I received the "We Are Preparing..." email, but did not receive the followup email with the VPN info.  Both attempts had setup errors.  Here are some logs from the second....
