Normally there is not serious problem even the firmware of both switch are not in support matrix. But please pay attention to the synchronization of name sever. If there is problem, it is often related to name server.

Jumbo frame will help performance. But it should be implemented end2end. If you implement true copy sync mode, FCIP write acceleration is not recommended.

I strongly suggest to use static domain ID. It will not only simplify management but also make SAN more stable.
