I opened a case yesterday for this issue. I'm also seeing the curl error 60 and "the certificate expired 5 days ago" if I go to the URL. Support doesn't seem to be on the same page. They're telling me it's my agent version.
I am having the same issue. Were you able to find anything out? I actually have one user who has two identical mail accounts (pushed by SM) and can't remove either one of them.
I've been seeing the same issue on Windows 10 machines for a couple of weeks. I'm seeing SSL 5 errors in the agent long as well. The client machine seems to be able to accept new software installs, but things like clicking the "Refresh details" but...
