Thanks yes it seems the issue was it did not accept the mac address for the endpoint i was using
so was not sending an email. tried a diffrent endpoint type it it's worked and i now have a vpn connection.

Thanks yes i understand each vpn needs it's own credentials but im not getting the email so can't even connect one device to it. In fact with Collab Endpoint lab i don't get any emails.
it's not the address it works for other sandboxes.
Sounds like you had more luck than me which sandbox did you use? i can connect to the vpn but only on windows and could not get the router to talk with DNAC.Will try with a different combination of sandbox and hardware.
After trying to connect it seems like currently Devnet only allows pc software clients on the vpn not hardware router based ones.Some of the required connecting details are not provided.Thanks for the suggestion anyway.Andrew
