Hi Vibhor, Any chance I would be able to open this under the above bug? As it's intended for a home system I didn't get SmartNET and I wouldn't want to have the case listed under our coporate account? Thanks,Chris

Hi Vibhor, I've tried a few other images and suspected I was encountering the CSCuh57109 bug. The repair image for this 8.2.5(50) has also resulted in the same message. Thanks,Chris
