Dear sirs. I have several 4235 sensors and SMARTnet 8x5xNBD contracts on each of them.Have I upgrade their software to IPS v5.0 within this contracts or I should get licenses for the IPS?
Whether process of conversation is completed? I have purchased a SMARTnet contract that was in effect before February 15, 2005, but I cannot upgrade IPS license...
