Thanks for the reply sstudsdahl. I did go ahead and create the network groups as you recommened and this helped to cleanup my access lists quite a bit. In fact, I completely forgot that AOL owns Mapquest and thus just when I was creating the groups...
Just an FYI. Blocking port 1863 will not be enough to stop MSN Messenger on your network. You need to block availability to MSN login servers as well. messenger.msn.com I believe.
