I've run a packet tracer from an external IP to the DMZ Ip and everything checks out OK and the packet is allowed, but i'm still unable to access the FTP server from the outside.

The server has 2 NIC's enabled. One (the DMZ interface) is 10.0.0.32 and the other (inside) is 192.168.1.48. I've just tried connecting on my laptop using my phone as a hot spot to get me outside of the network.
