You can get non-production NSO SW in two ways:
Purchase lab server SW through Cisco’s NFR (Not for Resale) Program
Request access to download free NSO development SW
Partners can purchase 1-year-term lab server SW at 100% discount and up to two NEDs at 80% discount through the Cisco NFR program. All purchases come with TAC support. For information on the NFR Program click here. Prior to purchasing in CCW, Partners need to first enroll in NFR via Cisco’s Partner Program Enrollment (PPE) tool.
NSO Development SW
Partners can download non-production NSO development SW free from the NSO Developer Hub (DevNet). For more information see KJ's recent blog: https://community.cisco.com/t5/nso-developer-hub-blogs/get-nso-for-free/ba-p/3719104. Note that development SW does not come with TAC support.

Today I uploaded a pdf version of our final NSO ATP (Authorized Technology Provider) partner slides, showing 64 partners worldwide that achieved the NSO ATP. With the retirement of the NSO ATP at fiscal-year-end I’d like to thank our ATP partners for all their efforts to make NSO the orchestration platform of choice for our customers. Launched in October 2015, the NSO ATP provided these partners both access to training and to NSO for resale.
With the ATP retirement we are expanding NSO access to all partners, both the partners that resell products and services directly from Cisco and those that resell through a distributor. All partners will now be able to sell NSO and customers can engage through their partner of choice. I’ll maintain the partner listing as a reference for account teams and customers looking for NSO-trained partners, and for other partners looking to team up with them. All NSO badges will remain in Partner Locator until the partner’s next anniversary date. We have launched a new NSO pilot track in Cisco’s Integrator Program and I will be providing an update as it's developed over the coming quarters.

It’s almost June and time for NSO Developer Days, the time of the year to hear and meet up with speakers from customers, partners and our Cisco experts. Speaking of partners, five of them together with Cisco AS are sponsoring the Wednesday evening event (20 June) at the Vasa Museum. The Partners are: Data Ductus ( www.dataductus.com ), Devoteam ( www.devoteam.com ), Itential ( www.itential.com ), Netrounds ( www.netrounds.com ), and NIL ( www.nil.com ). On Wednesday afternoon they will all be on-stage for a moderated panel discussion focusing on “The Journey of Automation.” The panel, which is constituted of industry experts, will explore different use cases and elaborate on the scenarios that customers are facing as they initiate or continue their journey towards automation. These use cases cover physical and virtual environments, supports multi-vendor situations, and go across fixed and mobile services. The audience will have the opportunity to interact with the panel. There will be a break during which everyone will be able to meet the partners for 1:1 discussions at nearby tables. After the break our ISV partners, Itential and Netrounds, will each give a short demonstration of their products. With this event we want to listen to customer specific requirements and use that input to develop solutions that truly address needs. History, as we know, allows us to learn important lessons that we can use to develop a better future. With a visit to the Vasa Museum, after the panel, everyone can experience this on their own during a well-deserved dinner and interesting conversations with peers. Sounds like a fun evening! See you there… Tony Verspecht & Jim Roach NSO practitioners register at https://nsodevdays.eventbrite.com
