Does Cisco provide SDK for DX650 VPN ?

As I understand VPN is handled on DX650 via AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client for Mobile.Does Cisco provide SDK for such VPN handling (like establishing/releasing  tunnel, obtaining list of VPN servers)?
