what kind of traffic i can generate by using TREX FTP/UDP/TCP/HTTP/SIP/GTP/MC ??

i would like to start work with TREX as part of our traffic testing so i would like to know if i can run UDP/TCP ?and what kind of application i can simulate  HTTP/SIP/FTP/GTP and more
