The unit has identified that a upgraded firmware is available, from 1.0.3.14 to 1.0.3.16, however when this is downloaded and applied - it fails, with the message 'Invalid Firmware' - has this release not been released properly?

I believe it is very poor customer service, when the product corrupts itself and there is no other recovery path other than replacement and there is no response from the manufacturer.
