Hi, Yes monitoring is using ICMP. I see the request but not the reply. Strange enough when the tool reports the devices to be down i am able to ping those devices from my machine.

Hi, On the firewall logs nothing suspicious. Monitoring server says cannot reach the devices. Thanks
