ASA5520 with different CPU type

We wish to use ASA5520 but both Firewall have different CPU. One has CPU Pentium 4 2400 MHz and another has Pentium 4 Celeron 2000 MHz. Can it be configured for replica / failover?

Thanks for clarification. Yes we do not have Firewalls with same CPU but failover will still happen which may result in speed. Am I right here?

Thanks Varun.We have similar hardware with same RAM and Flash Memory. But does processor type and speed will matter?
