After an upgrade from 7.2.5 to 7.4 I lost the interface Eth0. Already added a new NIC on VM as an workaround, or even deleting a file and rebooting but no success

Hi guys,
I am trying to run CLI Analyzer version 3.6.3 on a MAC machine but I allows received the following error
"Cisco File Analysis is currently unavailable [500]". I also tried in a Windows 10 Machine, but the error remains the same.
Any tip?
