I have an obsolet Cisco Telepresence MX300 G2, and I would like to use it with my Playstation 4.
It is connected to Connector 4 ( HDMI2) and I am not getting video image, but If I connect my laptop, image is displayed correctly, so issue seems not located at HDMI port or cable used. I have been modifying all parameters all setup for this port with no success. Software used is version:TC7.1.4.908e4a9.
Could you pls provide any info that can help me about this issue?
