Olá,
Estou com um problema que eu não consigo puxar ligações de um cisco IP Communicator de um colega, quando recebe uma chamada em um ramal e eu tento puxar a ligação pelo botão GPickUp, a ligação caí, alguém tem alguma dica?
Eu utilizo o CME 12.6, Cisco telefone 7912 e Cisco IP communicator 8.6.6.1
