Abri um TAC na Cisco e o Engenheiro para o UCCX informou-me que o Set enterprise call Info nao consegue ir buscar a Informaçao do Calling Name e para que isso aconteça eu terei de alguma forma conecta-lo com uma Base de Dados Externa(SQL).

Thanks a lot for your time and effort during the WebEx. To summarize what have been done:
we added the Set Enterprise Call info and configured it properly and after that the Agents were able to get the Caller Number properly.
Regarding the Calling Name, as clarified to the you, we can only get the following variables from the CUCM :
To get the calling name, we can use external DB and integrate it with the UCCX, then we can retrieve the calling name from it.
