Hello Guys, please I need your help about a problem at my Wireless network environment. SInce i delivered my solution I can´t see AP Heatmap coverage on the Maps/floor. I´ve been trying a lot of things but without luck. I´m using Dynamic Heatmaps but i changed to static without luck.
Well, everything is running fine, just Heatmaps doesn´t work. I changed antennas type to another models, without luck too.
Infact I have no idea what´s happening with environment, the integration between WLC and NCS is OK, I can see "status Reachable and
Managed and synchronized.
Guys, if u have any idea please let me know, i need get rid of it. I have the same environment with WCS and Wism and is working fine without problem.
