Support WLC 2504 licenses

I have a WLC 2504, do you have the option of requesting support from the Cisco TAC even though this equipment model is outdated?

Last Date of Support : HW

The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.

Hi @Flavio Miranda 

My WLC 2504, I only have 1 permanent license of 25 APs, but I needed to enable more than 30 APs, I activated the evaluation license of 75 APs but it expires in 3 months and 15 days have passed and I have 2 months and 15 days left.

Since the team does not have active support with cisco, how could I activate more APs in my WLC 2504, so that I doubt the AP license for a longer time?

I dont see solution for it unfortunately. If the device is EoL and you dont have the license, you can not add more license. You can not open a TAC.
