Wi-Fi 6E number of devices to office enviorement - voice and video app

I watched a Quintas Quinze a few months ago regarding Wi-Fi networks and one of the topics regarding high user density. In this video it is mentioned that office environments where there is a high demand for voice and video applications (teams and meet) for example, ideally it would be ideal to have a maximum of between 40 and 50 users per access point (not per radio).
In practice I have confirmed this. A client where the sales sector uses Google Meet and Teams practically all day long, we noticed that keeping the APs with this average of 40 users the level of complaints is very low, when it exceeds 50 users per AP there is an increase in complaints.
Note: We only use 5Ghz, with reduced cells. Model APs, 3802.
The question is about Wi-Fi 6E, which I have heard a lot about. Will Wi-Fi 6E increase user expectations for Access Points? An AP that supports 2.4/5/6E would still have a limitation in terms of the number of users to support the load for voice and video applications.?
