This file can be imported into ISE by going to Policy > Policy Elements > Dictionaries > System> Radius > RADIUS Vendors > Import (Should be available on the right hand side). Once imported AuthZ profile can be created to apply QoS Profile or Bandwidth settings via ISE for sessions. QoS profile can only be applied to LWA guest users, while BW setting from ISE can be applied to LWA, CWA, MAB, and 802.1X sessions. To use this following command has to be applied to the controller:
