救助：AIR-AP2802E-H-K9升级固件后ME无线接入点为0

本人的AIR-AP2802E-H-K9刷了官方推荐的AIR-AP2800-K9-ME-8-10-185-0版本后，发现ME里面的无线接入点为0，这是什么情况，需要怎样才能调出来？求解

还是如前面提到的帖子一样，建议检查：show country, 看你的AP是-H的，说明是CN的，那就通过配置修改Country Code为CN：

(Cisco Controller) >config country CN

Changing country code could reset channel & RRM grouping configuration.
If running in RRM One-Time mode, reassign channels after this command.
Check customized APs for valid channel values after this command.

你好，请问您是怎么解决的？只是设置了一下国家代码吗？现在我的2802i也是出现同样的问题，但是国家代码是对的，CN,控制器和AP系统版本都是8.10.185的。但是就是这个安装了控制器系统的AP不能发射wifi，另外一个瘦AP就能正常发射wifi信号，而且，我把这个安装控制器 系统的断电再重启后，接入网络，变成从AP，只管发射信号时，也不能发射wifi信号，不知道这个是怎么回事，麻烦大家帮忙解答一下，感激不尽。

建议检查如下信息：

• show country
• show ap summary
• show time
• show msglog

console登陆到ME控制器，输入apciscoshell,账号密码默认cisco/Cisco,enable密码也是cisco。

• 在LAP状态下看看IP地址show ip int br
• 看看LAP上的log，show logging

此外，供电方面，AP2802,3802等型号的设备，对power要求高一些。如果AP的供电不足，是无法释放射频信号的。

你好，

我看你的问题已经解决，的确AP不同型号供电可能是有不同要求的，需要有不同的电源注入器或者PoE交换机才能支持，否则AP无法完整工作。具体可以参考如下datasheet。
