Dear All,
I'm having a problem with ap's not sending 802.11ac channels right now. We confirmed that ap's used to send normally.
WLC Model:5508. WLC Version:8.2.151.0
AP Model:AIR-CAP3602E-C-K9
I comfirmed the follow information
Country is correct
time and zone is correct
802.11a Network Status is enable but the AP detail information show the 11ac Supported as No
I can see the AP under 802.11a/n/ac Radios
Could you please help me solve this problem, more information as picture.
many thanks
Check the WLAN settings and see if the SSIDs are allowed to be broadcasted in ALL Radios or not.
Hi, Leo
I confirmed that the Radios enable as All, so the APs should have the 802.11a/ac
But unfortunately, the 802.11a/ac channel is never searched
Post the complete output to the command "netsh wlan show all" into a text file and attach it.
Please post the output to the WLC command of "sh sysinfo".
Remote into one of the APs and post the complete output to the following commands:
dir
sh ip interface brief
WTF?
Output shows the AP does not have a radio! Not a single one.
Where is the output to the command "dir"?
