Check the WLAN settings and see if the SSIDs are allowed to be broadcasted in ALL Radios or not.

Hi, Leo

I confirmed that  the Radios enable as All, so the APs should have the 802.11a/ac

But unfortunately, the 802.11a/ac channel is never searched

Post the complete output to the command "netsh wlan show all" into a text file and attach it.

Please post the output to the WLC command of "sh sysinfo".

Hi, sysinfo upload

Remote into one of the APs and post the complete output to the following commands:

sh ip interface brief

WTF?

Output shows the AP does not have a radio!  Not a single one.

Where is the output to the command "dir"?
