In some cases, the LAN connecter supports up to 100mbps, and the LAN cable may be defective.

1. Test the speed using a new LAN cable
Bad LAN connecter if new LAN cable supports 1 gbps.

2. If you can support up to 100mbps even if you change the LAN cable, replace the LAN connecter and test it
