I'd like to ask you about grace period of the customer,DONGHEE INDUSTRIAL.
The Webex service of the customer, DONGHEE INDUSTRIAL is supposed to be renewed on 21th Oct.
But, the status of auto-renewal is no auto-renewal and our partner is ordering Webex service for renewal, now.
Even though our partner finished ordering, there is possibility that auto-renewal is not activated, right away.
So, I would like your team to give the grace period for our customer for a while.
