hello everyone
I am a network academy student and i have been authorized to take an ccna exam discount voucher.
So when i try to schedule an exam via pearson vue and apply my discount. i receive an error Discount Validation failed. After that i figure out that my account have two different Cisco ID(csco). One is the valid csco that associate with my certification exam discount and another is the new one. Although i didn't create duplicate cisco proflie.
Then i think that the new one should be remove. Or What can i do to solve this problem?
And how can i contract ccna help support?

Open a ticket with cert support and ask them to merge your accounts, keeping the one you have the discount voucher for https://certsupport.cisco.com/
Hope this helps.

Not sure i need to merge accounts. Since i have only one account.
Thanks a lot, bigevilbeard

@WINCis This would be a merge, as you have two IDs as you noted, i had this. So I opened a case, since it seemed I had a duplicate CSCO number. To have the duplicate records merged, you should open a case online with the Learning@Cisco Centralized Support team and select the option of CSCO duplicate number.
Hope this helps.

No, It isn't. I have to insist that in my case it is not a duplicate CSCO number. It is a multiple SCSO number.
By the way, your solution is so helpful and you are so kind.

To everyone, I have found a solution.
Go to certsupport.cisco.com and open a case. Select an Exam Vouchers. and just ask them nicely to remove the new one. That's it. And you'll be happy in a day or two.
