I had this ID: CSCOxxxxx641 and I cannot find it anymore. I have already taken the 350-701 SCOR exam. And now I want to take one Concentration exam to re-new the certificate.
But I cannot login to my account. The ID that I have now is: CSCOxxxxx161
I do not know how this happened. I used the same email that I had on my previous ID.
I also do not know how to contact Cisco to help. I have sent an email in the last 2 weeks to
web-help@cisco.com but I was told that they can't handle these kind of cases.
The expiry date of my certificate is June 30. Is there anyway to extend it until the problem is resolved?
Please advice!
