Could ACI be chosen as the root bridge, as it is designed to provide centralized control and management of the network infrastructure, including both physical and virtual components?

I have no idea what @quicker_cdets_api has been drinking/smoking/sniffing (maybe its chatGPT in disguise?) but that answer is utter rubbish.
So let's make one thing clear:
ACI WILL NEVER BE CHOSEN AS ROOT BRIDGE.
And while we are at it let's be clear that "centralized control and management of the network infrastructure, including both physical and virtual components" really has nothing to do with STP.
So to be concise
Could ACI be chosen as the root bridge,
The answer is NO. ACI leaf switches pass BPDUs transparently so that network integrity can be maintained in the case that external switches need to be connected to ACI. When working in a purely ACI environment with all servers directly attached to ACI Leaf Switches, there is no need for STP, which is one of the reasons ACI can provide a superior throughput as compared to similar capacity switches that are burdened by the necessity to block ports because of Spanning Tree.

ACI does provide centralized control and management of the network infrastructure, including both physical and virtual components, very efficiently WITHOUT requiring Spanning Tree support - which is one of the reasons you'd want to use ACI in the core of your network

If ACI has been integrated into the data center (DC) farm and a DC firewall is present, and all server gateways are currently terminated within the firewall, the question arises as to whether the server gateway should be defined in the firewall or within the ACI framework during the onboarding process.
