The Cisco aci infrastructure proposes several tools for network visibility that can be used for troubleshooting.
There is another solution designed by a company called Ixia. This solution is named Ixia network visibility and it is based on network taps that are inserted between the spine and leafs which capture the traffic and forward it to a network packet broker.
I was wondering if this type of solution is redundant with what Cisco aci tools are doing or has it a real added value ?
