Nexus 3K OpenStack Plugin for Neutron - Capabilities

In the Nexus 3K OpenStack Plugin for Neutron data sheet (link below) references layer 2 function like Vlan programming and layer 3 function adding SVIs.  Is there any document which clearly specifies which functions are support. For eg: Configuring HSRP, dynamic routing protocols, provisioning new vPC links (not new domain), Portfast, bpduguard etc....

I just found that Juniper offers VRRP orchestration using their plugin does Cisco offer something similar for HSRP/VRRP/GLBP?.
