What does "inherit" mean for speed of a Switch port in Cisco ACI

I get response for l1physIf  and the speed attribute has "inherit" , what value should be considered.

i think it means .. speed inherited from the port profile.

Hello, I cannot seem to find a way from the link to get to the port profile being applied to the interface in CISCO APIC.

How do you do it? Isn't there maybe another way like, for example, to get the effective speed value being applied?
