11503 Sorry Server Config

I would like to add a sorry server to a content rule. I have read the admin guide and it does not seem to provide me enough information. Does anyone have some samples>

You need to create a service for your sorry server just like any other service.

Then instead of "adding" it to your content rule, you specify the service using the "primarysorryserver " command (from rule-config mode)

This document describes a two server farm with one active and one as the sorry server. I have three server farms (applications)and I want two of them to use the sorry server. Both farms have multiple web servers however when all of these servers are down for maintenance I would like the users to be pointed to this sorry server. I assume then that I simply configure the content rules for these two farms to point to the sorry server?? Also there does not seem to be an auto recovery until I suspend the sorry server service?
