ACE 4710 Bug CSCtx03563

I have a set of ACE 4710's running Version A5(1.2) [build 3.0(0)A5(1.2).

I ran across this bug before and used the workaround from TAC. (CSCtx03563_workaround.bin) successfully.

I ran up against it again on another set and ran the fix, however this time it didn't work.

Is there a different BUG that spews this out, or do I copy the file again and run the command one more time?

The software deleted itself like normal.

I didn't run into any errors when running the command for the fix.

The Workaround has to resolve this. Kindly let us know the procedure you have followed and how it went thorugh?

I have to rerun the fix in order to answer your question. I'll update this when I do, (AUG 19th).

Same error and you will notice that the file erased itself as it should..
