ANM 2.0... error importing ACE module

Hi, i have imported the 6500 chassis, but when i go for importing the card on it, it takes around 2+ minutes, and after that timeouts with message "Failed to import ACE configuration. Device discovery failed: connection timed out "....

I have verified that ACE module's admin context is telnet-able from the server's cli.I have ACE v A2(1.4a). Any help?

Did you create keys and enable SSH on the 6500 and the ACE?
