Can CSM do URL rewrite?

As I know SSLM can do URL rewrite, but not sure if CSM can do it also. Could some one clarify it?

Why would the CSM need to rewrite url ???

The SSLM does it so HTTP url looks like HTTPS.

The CSM should not alter the content of data going through it.

So, the anwer is no.
