CE - Open Port

We have a Content Engine 560 running ACNS 4.1.3. When we port scan the device we see that tcp port 8999 is open.

Any Ideas on what this port is used for and how to shut it down?

The connections on port 8999 are internally used to handle transparent redirected traffic.
