I have a customer who is using a 3rd party to provide an IP address list that they want blocked on the Cisco ACE Load-balancer to prevent web content scraping. We have tested an ACL applied to the external interface and that works – not very graceful but it blocks access. The issue is updating that list on a regular basis. Is there a way of importing the list (or a file) onto the ACE and then referencing it or importing it in the ACL? …
Thanks

I have a similar situation,
I just add entries to an existing ACL. I suppose if you have to add a lot of entries, you could copy the existing ACL to a notepad, update the entries, then paste it back in, firstly doing a NO Access-list command, remember to be in configuration mode.
