Attaching the logs that I have asked for getting the alarm detail & Disk detail. show disk details show alarm show alarms critical detail support Provide the reason of the issue & if there is any hardware issue or software problem and respective resolution or suggestion. Regards, Ashutosh

Ashutosh,

I noticed you got a core dump created, so you could open a TAC ticket to analyze it, possibly you hit a bug and may need to upgrade as well. They will ask you for the outputs you already uploaded to this thread.

You may try to do:

disk delete-data-partitions

Only caveat is when you do it you will loose all the disk data. Additionally, it will take some time for rebuilding to finish so better today after-hours

Finally, there could be some possibility of a disk failure hence you might need to replace it.
