Courtesy html page on CSS

Is there some way to create a courtesy html page in the CSS itself instead of redirecting the client to a Sorry Server when all services are down?.

Our client is asking us for it, and, as long as I know, it can not be done. Am I right?

You are right, the CSS cannot act as a web server - only forward to a configured sorry server.

I wass told by the TAC that unfortunately, at this time is not possible.
