CSM reloads every month

Good morning to you all

I'm detecting a very weird behaviour on my CSM's...for some reason my Active CSM reloads on its own every month...there are no specific logs after the reload, there's no weird processes occuring on or over the equipment, there“s no special traffic passing through the CSM (60 ou 70 Mb max), and once or twice a month it reloads on its own...

I have a CSM-S Software version: 4.1(3)

I know there were some issues regarding NTP settings with this version, but I“ve corrected it.

Has anyone ever saw this behaviour before? Any ideas?

Hi,

We faced the same issue due to memory leakage.

Can you check the history of memory usage?

Just yesterday I had 2 reboots from my standby CSM.

I checked my memory statistics history, and in the last 72 hours:

Always around 80% of free memory...I don“t believe it“s a memory issue.

Anyone?
