CSS 11506 problem with connecting over ethernet

Hello,

We have a content switch set up in very straight forward situation. The content switch is doiing load balancing for two web servers. When we connect to the web servers through a wan link(DSL) we have no pro0blems and everithing works smoothly. When we do the same ethernet which is directly connected to the Content switch we have problems. The session over DSL takes about 5-10 seconds to establish. However when I do this over ethernet it takes about 5 minutes. Can anyone tell me what is the problem.

Dirk,

we'll need the config at a minimum.

If you can capture a sniffer trace on a client and see what is going.

You may have to also capture a trace on the server side.

Gilles,

As your reaction was posted on the website we came to a solution for oour problem. Routing was not configured correctly. When I added a route in my network, things started to work. Thank you very much for your input.
