CSS stores the license in NVRAM on the chassis, not a disk.
If you purchase a CSS11501, you can see the 'SOFTWARE OPTIONS' and select the license.
However, it doesn't appear if you select CSS11501=. So, license key was not shipped.
You will not be able to get the license even when you received the disk.
It seems S11K-500ST-8.1/S11K-500ST-8.2 is not available for order. I recommend you contact
license Team to get WebNS 8.1/8.2 standard feature set.
