Directed mode and MAPI AO

hello,

I need your help. I installed two WAVES 474 between two sites and had enable directed mode ( we used fortinet like firewall ).

Also, I configured the inline group interface like port of management. The problem is that :

1.  for users, outlook is disconnected from exchange server.

2. when I compared the issue from command " sh stat conn" , the number of current active optimizedfor WAVE's site 1 is double for WAVE's site2.

Any idea?

another question, did we need to implement a special configuration if VPN IPSEC is deployed in the network
