Handover Request From Peer ?

We just implemented a GPO to disable Outlook encryption over the weekend and this morning while looking at the MAPI acceleration report for the locations, I have several AD sites that are not showing accelerated MAPI with the reason for bypass being "Handover Request From Peer". What does this mean, I cannot find a definition for this anywhere I have looked.

Hi Mike,

"Handover Request From Peer" means the decision to apply the AO (on which AO to apply) was taken from the peer side.
