http-keepalive got hung

Hello,

I have setup our GSS sending http-keepalive to 2 web server for failover method. When I check on the GSS answer status, it appears that one of the web server is offline. But when I suspend the answer and bring it back up. My GSS can see the answer back online. Anyone has any idea how this happen? The GSS is setup is behind the FireWall. Thanks

Bill,

is your GSS up for more than 24 days ?

If so, a new field notice that will be published soon will explain you the reason for this problem.

The current workaround until a software fix is to restart the gss befor it hit 24 days up.
