Layer 5 url rule - case sensitive?

I'm building a new layer 5 rule to direct all incoming image traffic to image servers. What I'm not sure of if I'll need 1 rule or 3 rules. The url can have both upper and lower case, or a mixture of cases. Will I need to build a rule for each url? Is a layer 5 url rule case sensitive?

Since domain names in content rules are case-insensitive and it uses the same command of "url", it should be case-insensitive as well.
