Load Balancer Sizing

I would like to know... if someone knows how to size a Load Balancer. If i dont have statistics, what is the best way to size a load balancer

1. Size of the Internet Connection - 10 Mbps

2. SSL offload ..........unsure

3. Number of Webservers 2

I am afraid i didn't get what you are saying. Do  you want to know performance capabilities of the loadbalancer or you want to know what would be the best way to loadbalance traffic between two servers?

what throughput the load balancer should support?

how many SSL Licenses ( Transaction per Seconds) i require?
